GolfDrivingMats.com warrants its Classic AstroTurf®, UltraMat™, Velocity and PHAT Mats™ DRIVING RANGE MATS to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of six (6) months after delivery to the original customer and warrants its PUTTING GREENS for a period of one (1) year after delivery. There is no warranty on the Scratch Mats.

In the event that the golf mat, under normal conditions of use and service and subject to the limitations set forth herein, proves to be defective in material or workmanship, GolfDrivingMats.com will repair or replace the golf mat at no additional cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear nor does this warranty cover failure or defects caused by misuses, negligence, modification, abuse or failure to comply with operating instructions.

GolfDrivingMats.com shall be liable under this warranty for defects only if GolfDrivingMats.com has inspected the returned

mat to ensure compliance with the following guidelines for  rotation and cleaning: Mat rotation and relocation: The mat shall be rotated and relocated on a weekly basis to provide proper usage distribution. Maintenance: Regular cleaning of the mat shall take place to keep it free of dirt and debris. Periodic flush cleaning with water is advised.

To the  extent  allowed  by  applicable  law,  this  warranty  sets  forth GolfDrivingMats.com's sole liability and customers exclusive remedy with respect to the golf mat.  GolfDrivingMats.com shall not be liable for  multiple, incidental, special or consequential damages, including  but not limited to damage or  loss of  other property or  equipment, loss  or  profit  from claims resulting from contacts and/or agreements between clients of customer.
